The Australian bush call; an expression of the freedom and awe of being in nature.
“KOO-EE!” was a call first made by Australia’s First Peoples to communicate across vast distances. It is now used by all Australians in the outdoors. So, next time you’re in a spectacular location, shout out a big “KOOEE!”. The video below has a few small tips.

Our mission is to make the Healthiest and Tastiest High Protein snacks in Australia, and we know that it’s what’s inside the bag that counts.
Our products are crafted with only the finest, ethically-raised meats, like the 100% Organic we use in our Jerky and the Organic beef and Free-range pork that we use in our Sticks.
KOOEE! products are also all gluten-free, soy-free and packed with protein – made with only HONEST, natural ingredients – and nothing else.
The result is a high-protein, guilt-free snack that will naturally fuel you and your family’s adventures.

OUR INGREDIENTS
Good nutrition is an important part of an active lifestyle, but it isn’t easy, especially when most snacks are full of sugar and preservatives.
KOOEE! started out on our kitchen table with just beef and the belief that we could make good snacks for our friends and family. Things have changed since that humble original batch, but our idea remains the same-meat snacks can be healthy.
Our Jerky is made with Organic Beef. It’s then marinated in a unique blend of delicious spices, coconut aminos, unfiltered apple cider vinegar, local sea salt and a natural probiotic culture. Our 100% Organic beef jerky is free from added sugar, artificial nitrates, preservatives and anything artificial.
Our Sticks are made with Australian Organic Grass-fed beef or Australian Free-range Pork, with the mission to make the first healthy salami stick in Australia. While all other sticks on the market are made with mystery ingredients and artificial flavours, our sticks are made with only the best quality ingredients that you can trust (and understand!). And don’t stress, the small amount of honey that we do add to the sticks is added to assist the natural fermentation process to cure our sticks.

KOOEE! is based in Tasmania, Australia.
But – the journey actually started in the Big Apple. Andy Fist, a Tasmanian, was working in New York City and started running with compatriot Shaun Malligan, who eventually confessed that his hobby of crafting healthy jerky was spinning out of control.
Eventually, this passion turned into KOOEE! and the company was born. Andy bought a factory in his home-town, and started making KOOEE! products on home soil.
While our products were first sold in local Tasmanian Farmers’ Markets, you can now find our products around Australia. Use our Store Locator to find our products here.
We’re thankful for the support of the local community in nurturing our little business as we’ve grown. And while we’re super proud of being able to create products that people across Australia (and beyond!) love, we’re even prouder that we’ve been able to create jobs at our factory in regional Tasmania and give back to the local community that supported us from Day 1.
