Shipping Rates

Shipping is free for all orders over $65.

Flat-rate shipping of $7 applies for any order under $65.

Shipping Policy

We endeavour to offer the highest level of service for our online sales. This means dispatching orders as soon as reasonably possible.

All online orders are dispatched within 1 business day. We can dispatch “same day” if we receive your order before 4pm. After that, we will most likely dispatch the following day. Likewise with weekends and public holidays, the order will be dispatched the following business day.

Shipping within Australia:

Orders are shipped from Tasmania using Australia Post. However, in some cases an alternative courier may be used if deemed appropriate.

Estimated transit time:

• Metro NSW, VIC, QLD, SA – 3-5 business days
• Metro WA, NT – 5-8 business days
• Rural areas: up to 10 business days

Delays may occur outside of our control. If you have not received your order within the above time frame, please contact us via email with your order number, we’ll be happy to assist.

Express shipping

We typically do not offer express shipping, as it creates an expectation of “next day” which is hard to achieve from our factory in regional Tasmania.

However, if you have a special need for urgency please give us a call or email, and we’ll do our best to help out. We love to make our customers happy to please don’t hesitate to contact us.

International Shipping:

Unfortunately, we are not able to ship internationally at this stage.
